How we use it

• To create and secure your account.
• To show you stores that deliver to your area and to fulfil orders you place.
• To send order confirmations, shipment updates, and other transactional emails.
• To pay out sellers and prevent fraud.
• To improve the product and respond to support requests.

Who we share it with

• The seller you order from receives your name, phone number, delivery address, and order items so they can fulfil it.
• Paystack processes your payment.
• Service providers who host the platform and send email on our behalf.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by Nigerian tax and consumer-protection law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights
