Refund & Return Policy

Because most items sold on mọ́jà are perishable foodstuff, our refund policy is designed to be fast and fair while respecting what's realistic for fresh produce.
When you're entitled to a refund
- Order not delivered. If a paid order is not delivered within the seller's stated window and the seller cannot fulfil it, you receive a full refund.
- Wrong item received. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo; you receive a full refund or replacement.
- Item spoiled on arrival. Tell us within 6 hours of delivery with a photo; you receive a full refund or replacement.
- Significant short weight or missing items. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery; we refund the missing portion.
Items that cannot be returned
- Fresh foodstuff after 24 hours from delivery.
- Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed beyond what's needed to identify a defect.
- Digital products that have already been downloaded.
How to request a refund
- Open your order in My orders.
- Tap "Report a problem" and choose the reason.
- Attach a photo where required.
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method via Paystack and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. After payment, you can cancel only if the seller has not yet marked the order as shipped. After shipment, contact the seller through the order page.
Disputes
If you and the seller cannot agree, mọ́jà will review the order, communication, and photos and make a final decision. Repeated bad-faith refund requests may result in account suspension.
